Eligibility
- All residents of India
- No minimum age limit (including newborns and children)
- Must provide basic demographic details (name, address, etc.)
- Biometric details required (fingerprints,iris scan, photo) for individuals above 5 years
- For foreign nationals: Must have lived in India for 182 days for more in12 months prior to application. This requirement does not apply to Indian Citizens.
