Hon'ble Chief Minister held a review meeting at Hasimara with Departmental Heads, District Administration, and Police officials. She also visited Suhasini Tea Garden, where she distributed relief materials to the affected tea garden workers and their families.

Hon'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has been personally overseeing relief and rehabilitation efforts for the second consecutive day across North Bengal. She visited Hasimara, Nagarakata, Chalsa, Mal, and Kurseong to review flood and landslide-affected areas, ensuring timely relief and restoration. She inspected damaged bridges, including Tanatani and Kalikhola, and reviewed repair work. At relief camps in Bamandanga and Tandoo, she interacted with affected families, distributed food and disaster kits, and announced INR 1.2 lakh financial aid for rebuilding damaged houses. She also handed Home Guard job offer letters to 10 flood victims' family members and launched initiatives for reissuing lost documents and distributing books to students.

Hon'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today visited landslide affected areas in Mirik, and met with the family members of those who lost lives in the recent landslides. Later, at a relief camp in Mirik Bazar Hon'ble Chief Minister interacted with the families affected by the recent disaster and personally monitored the ongoing relief and rehabilitation work and distributed relief materials. The Hon'ble Chief Minister also visited the Sukhiapokhri, where she interacted with affected families and handed over cheques of INR 5 lakh each to the families of the four deceased victims and distributed 10 job appointment letters for Special Home Guard posts to their next-of-kin and distributed relief materials.

Hon'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held a Review Meeting on 15 October 2025 with senior officials of State and District administration at Lal Kothi, GTA Headquarters, to assess the progress of relief and rehabilitation measures in the districts of Darjeeling and Kalimpong, which have been affected by recent floods and landslides.
